Washington Post Mark Malkoff was low on options when he was forced to move out of his apartment for a wee so that it could be fumigated. As he looked around his flat, it suddenly dawned on him that as his furniture was mostly Ikea, what better place to move in to and still feel at home.
According to the Washington Post, "Ikea was dubious at first, but once they got to know Malkoff -- realized what squeaky, G-rated videos he made and what a good, unpaid spokesman he'd be -- they opened the doors and made a little placard reading "Mark's Apartment" to go outside his living space". Ikea strikes it gold again. |
